In 2007, Coated Solutions established its first plant in Aranda de Duero, in the center of Spain, primarily focused on domestic sales. With a stable output of 100,000 tons per year, we have earned the trust of numerous clients by setting delivery time records in the market.

In 2016, we inaugurated a second site located in the heart of the maritime port of Santander, in northern Spain—a strategic location to serve the European market, which increased our combined production capacity to over 200,000 tons per year of pre-painted coils.

In 2019, we incorporated Aveiro Coated Solutions, located on the northwestern coast of the Iberian Peninsula and aimed at serving the Portuguese market.

Together, the 3 plants offer the market over 300,000 tons per year of pre-painted coils.

In 2023, we integrated into the process manufacturing from hot coil with 3 production lines: pickling with acid regeneration, cold rolling, and galvanizing in the town of Villadangos del Páramo in León. This major step for the group enables us to meet customer needs while maintaining optimal delivery flexibility.

Close to 1 million tons are currently processed in our Coated Solutions industrial plants across the Iberian Peninsula using cutting-edge technologies to produce in the most efficient, sustainable, and competitive way.
