The counselor points out that logistics will be essential as an engine of economic development for Leon,wich has a privileged geographical situaton, with connections to Galicia and Asturias. As a key Project for the logistics development of Leon, the counselor underlines that \u201c We are working with Network Steel in Villadangos\u201d. Juan Carlos Suarez-Qui\u00f1ones affirms that \u201cVilladangos del Paramo is not a project, but a reality\u201d, and adds: \u201c the companies that will be synergistically installed there by Network Steel are of interest to the port of Gijon\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the relationship between the autonomous administration and private initiative, Suarez- Qui\u00f1ones points out that in Leon \u201cthere are going to be some administrations that will support private entrepeneurship and this has to do with the fact that Leon is a place where administrations get involved\u201d. The attractiveness of Leon as an investment pole, affirms Suarez- Qui\u00f1ones, happens because there is a \u201clogistical and industrial land equipped, with good communications\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The counselor adds that the future of Leon passes because its railway connections meet certain parameters in terms of speed, security and others;\u201dThat is the great investment that we have to get from the Government, with the support of Europe\u201d.
