Coil coating is a very complex activity requiring strict monitoring at all stages of manufacturing. Receiving galvanised steel coils, applying the various layers of paint, quality controls, and delivering the prepainted coils to the end customer are key stages in which our team works hard to achieve our goal: customer satisfaction.
Testing is carried out in two phases: the first at the end of production, the second 24 hours later.
We store numbered samples from each coil in order to conduct additional tests when required.
